How do I apply my store credit? (Updated June 2025)


**Store Credit via gift card code is still available upon request only**

To apply your store credit, you must have the Store Credit Code provided by our Support Team. Once you've received this code, follow the instructions below.

  1. Add your new products to the cart as you would for a normal checkout.
  2. Review products in your cart and proceed to checkout. 
  3. Once you've reached the checkout page, enter your store credit code on the right side of the screen indicated as "Gift Card or Discount Code" (Figure A)
  4. Complete the checkout process and the store credit will automatically reflect your order total
