Cancellations will be accepted up until 72 hours before the fish is scheduled to be shipped. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must call us at 714-696-8882 or send us an email to Support@KingKoiGoldfish.com. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Refund Policy
Refunds on live fish will be accepted up until 72 hours before the fish is scheduled to be shipped. No refunds will be issued on fish within 72 hours of the scheduled shipping time. Unopened dry goods will be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of receiving. Return shipping is buyer responsibility.
