What shipping option did you choose during checkout?

Shipping Dates

We are resuming shipping during the week of December 4, 2023 until December 12, 2023. Last day to place orders are Sunday, December 10 to ship out during this time. All orders placed after the deadline will resume shipping January 2, 2024.


Air Cargo

If you've chosen air cargo as your shipping option, please make sure to fill out our Air Cargo Request Form to start the flight booking process!



Standard Shipping / Flat Rate Shipping

We are offering a free upgrade from Standard and Flat Rate shipping to our Air Cargo service at no additional cost! Request for Air Cargo using our Air Cargo Request Form or email our Sales Team for additional help!

All FedEx Overnight services are available by request only as Exception Shipping. We cannot offer Live on Arrival Guarantee with this service. Please expect delays! We will pack all orders with enough water and air for the fish to last several days. However, these are less than ideal circumstances. We don't feel comfortable with this arrangement. Air Cargo is recommended option.



Free2Day Shipping

You may upgrade your shipping option to our Standard/Flat Rate option (please refer to the section above). All Free2Day shipping options are suspended until January. FedEx expects packages to take up to 5 days to deliver.


**Special Holiday Offer: Orders that have multiple Free2Day eligible fish may qualify for an Air Cargo shipping upgrade without an additional cost. Please contact sales@kingkoigoldfish.com to see if you qualify. 


What if I am local? (Southern California)

For all orders that are local, regular shipping is available during the suspended period. You will receive an email with your ship date. If you would like to request for a specific delivery date, please email us at sales@kingkoigoldfish.com.
