Starting June 2025, we've updated our system to automatically apply Store Credit removing the need to enter a code! We've written this new guide to show you how to apply your store credit.,
Once you've been in contact with our team and we have loaded your account with store credit, please follow the steps below to redeem your store credit.
- Make sure to login and/or create an account if you haven't. (Figure A) Store credit is applied primarily via your email that is on file. (Contact sales@kingkoigoldfish.com with account related questions)
- Add and review products in your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Once you've reached the checkout page, scroll down and make sure Apply Store Credit is enabled (Figure B)
- The store credit should automatically adjust your order total.

For additional questions, please contact our support team by creating a new ticket or replying to your previous ticket.
If you are having trouble or would like to receive the store credit in the form a gift card, please let our staff know and we'll manually send you a code.
